Scout Report
Sometimes the best value plays come from kids who understand their role and execute it flawlessly every night.
Background
The Indianapolis native has been grinding at Lawrence North, one of Indiana's premier basketball programs. Miller teamed up with highly-touted guard Azavier Robinson, who's heading to Butler after being ranked 94th nationally in the 2025 class. That partnership gave Miller plenty of chances to develop his inside game while playing with elite talent.
Playing Style
Miller brings that old-school power forward package - he's not going to wow you with athleticism, but he gets the job done in the paint. At 6-7, he uses his frame well on the boards and has soft hands around the rim. His footwork in the post needs refinement, and he'll have to prove he can stretch the floor at the next level. The motor runs hot though, and coaches love his willingness to do the dirty work that doesn't always show up in the box score.
Recruitment
Indiana and Illinois offered, which tells you something about his potential, but he's committed to SIU Edwardsville where he should get immediate playing time. That 320 national ranking might be selling him short - sometimes these late bloomers surprise people once they get consistent college coaching.
