Background
The Boston native landed at CATS Academy to elevate his game against elite competition. Playing in that loaded lineup has given Adamson invaluable experience competing alongside and against high-major talent on a daily basis. The exposure at the prep level has already started paying dividends in his recruitment.
Playing Style
Adamson brings legitimate size for the two-guard spot at 6-3, giving him natural advantages on both ends. He's got solid court vision and can create for teammates, though his best work comes when he's hunting his own shot. The stroke is still developing consistency, particularly from three-point range where he'll need to become more reliable to reach his ceiling. His defensive instincts are there, but he needs to add strength to handle physical matchups at the next level.
Recruitment
Three D1 offers from UCF, Albany, and Old Dominion show coaches believe in his upside as a 2027 prospect.
