Background
Ibrahim landed at South Kent School, where he's been grinding alongside high-level talent in one of the stronger prep programs in the Northeast. Playing with committed Division I players like Badara Diakite and Tim Walker has accelerated his development in ways you can't replicate at most high school programs. The 2027 guard has been absorbing lessons from older, more polished players while establishing his own identity on the court.
Playing Style
At 6-4, Ibrahim has the size to play multiple guard spots and create mismatches against smaller defenders. He's still raw in some areas but shows flashes of being able to handle the ball in transition and make plays for others. His shooting mechanics need refinement, but the stroke has potential if he puts in the work. The biggest thing right now is consistency - he'll make a really nice play and follow it up with a questionable decision. That's typical for a 2027 kid, especially one learning to play at this level of competition.
Recruitment
No reported offers yet, but that's not unusual for a 2027 prospect still developing his game. Playing at South Kent gives him visibility with college coaches who come through to see the higher-ranked players. If he continues developing his skills and basketball IQ, mid-major programs should start taking notice by his junior year.
