Scout Report
When you're playing alongside three other nationally ranked prospects at Sunrise Christian, you better be ready to hold your own or get left behind.
Background
Ivan Kharlambov landed at one of the premier prep programs in the country for his junior season. The 6-4 wing is running with elite company in Kansas, sharing the court with top-150 guards Lincoln Vinson and Avery Moses, plus Penn State commit Ivan Juric. That kind of daily competition either breaks you or makes you better.
Playing Style
Kharlambov brings legitimate size to the wing position with his 6-4 frame, giving him natural advantages in matchups against smaller guards. He's still developing his offensive consistency, but the foundation is there with decent shooting mechanics and the ability to attack closeouts. His length allows him to be disruptive on defense when he's locked in. The biggest question mark remains his assertiveness - playing with so much talent around him, he needs to find ways to be aggressive and create his own opportunities rather than deferring too much.
Recruitment
No reported offers yet, which isn't unusual for a 2027 prospect still developing his game. Playing at Sunrise Christian gives him tremendous exposure, and college coaches will get plenty of looks at him this season. His recruitment should pick up as he continues to grow into his frame and finds more consistency.
